Once you have created your new Experience by selecting a template that will work best for your data, you will want to load the Multi OIC Viewer widget into the Experience. 

  • Lock Layout - this will allow you to import layers and select additional widgets for the Experience

  • Click the + button and scroll down to the Custom section of the widget list

  • Drag and drop the Multi OIC Viewer into the Experience

  • Click on the Multi OIC Viewer

  • On the right pane:

    • Select Map Widget

      • Select Map 

        • 2D Map or 3D scene that was imported into the Experience

    • Navigate to the 1st OIC 

    • Click Add

  • If you would like to have the exposure points displayed in the Experience, click on the box to the left of the OIC you just added. You are also able to change the symbology of the exposure points. Just click the dropdown box on the right side of the OIC and select the symbol you want to use

  • Load in additional OIC’s

  • Save and Preview the Experience

  • Once in the Experience, click the Oriented Imagery Catalog button to view the OICs

  • To change the color of the exposure points, click in the Color box just right of the OIC

  • To turn off the exposure points, click the Active button right of the OIC

  • To view the Oriented Imagery in the Multi OIC Viewer, click on an exposure point in the Map or 3D scene on the left side of the Experience

  • To navigate to a different OIC, click on the name of the OIC under Catalog

  • Once you are done creating your Experience, simply click Publish and your Experience is complete.

To create an app using the Multi-OIC Viewer widget in Web AppBuilder, please open Web AppBuilder and select 3D and click on Create New

In the Create a New Web App page, select Default (3D) and click Next

Select Widget

Click on Set the widgets in this controller and then click on the + button

Then select the Multi-OIC Viewer widget

Finally, select an Oriented Imagery Catalog (OIC) previously published in your ArcGIS Online My Contents page and click on Add. You can add as many OICs as you have available on your ArcGIS Online My Contents page.

When you finish adding OICs to the Multi-OIC Viewer, you can close the window, and the Multi-OIC Viewer icon will appear in the top-right corner of the screen.

Click on the Multi-OIC Viewer icon to lunch the widget pane (left)

Click on any of the circle markers in the map to show the Imagery stored in the OIC. A red 3D polygon will appear on the map indicating the direction of the camera view for the selected image and the selected image will appear in the widget pane.

Finally, click on the Save button located at the bottom left corner of the page and then Launch to see your app on a new web page in your browser
